An Italian restaurant in the Cathcart area of Glasgow has come onto the books of Smith & Clough Business Associates.
Barbarossa is said to have a capacity of 150 covers over various split levels and dining areas, thanks to a refurbishment carried out by current owner Enzo Longo after he bought the freehold in 2007.
Smith & Clough director Jonathan Clough said the sale of Barbarossa represents “a great opportunity for an incoming owner to take over an immaculately fitted restaurant which is trading very profitably but still offers further growth potential”.
“The property also benefits from upstairs offices which produce a rental income of £18,500 per annum,” said Clough.
Offers in excess of ÂŁ995,000 are sought for the freehold.
