Haywood Drinks & Snacks has listed a larger sharing tube of Pringles exclusively for the on-trade.
The 130g tube, said to be “ideal for sharing”, is not available to the off-trade.
Snack tube flavours include Texas BBQ, Sour Cream and Onion, Tangy Salt and Vinegar and Original.
They are said to have been designed for sharing or as part of a lunch or afternoon tea platter.
Haywood, which already supplies 40g tubes to licensees, said the new product includes a POS display which allows the crisp tubes to be stacked in a four-can bar-top display or a 16-can branded unit.
Fraser Henderson of Haywood Drinks & Snacks said: “It’s a brilliant development for Haywood to be able to list another Pringles product.
“This innovative 130g is perfect for sharing and adds diversity to restaurants wanting to offer a different accompaniment to certain dishes. The public love Pringles, so this is a natural obvious step forward.”
