A bar and restaurant business with views of the Firth of Forth has come onto the books of property agent Christie & Co.
Named after the crossings it overlooks, the 3 Bridges in South Queensferry offers views of the Forth rail and road bridges, and the Queensferry Crossing, which is scheduled for completion next year.
The venue currently trades as a bar, restaurant and private function space and is said to cater for both tourists and locals.
The stone-built property is arranged over three levels.
The ground floor houses a 170-cover restaurant which is split into three sections, including a conservatory extension.
On the second floor, there’s a split-level function room, which includes its own service bar and toilet facilities; the top floor comprises a staff room, office and additional storage.
Jamie Jackson of Christie & Co said the 3 Bridges has recently undergone a “large scale renovation”, which is said to have given the restaurant a “superb ambience”.
The 3 Bridges is available as a Punch Taverns tied lease. Christie & Co is seeking £150,000 for the leasehold interest in the property, with an annual rent of £78,800.
