Located at the Western Tennis Club on Hyndland Road, Caffè Parma will be “a continuation” of Paperino’s Italian offering, according to Stefano Giovanazzi.

The new 55-cover eatery, which opens later this month, follows the closure of Paperino’s Byres Road, whose staff will move to the new venue.

Giovanazzi said: “Caffè Parma’s menu will reflect my own passion for Italian cuisine and fish, blending locally-sourced ingredients with traditional recipes.”
