The Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland has unveiled three new scholarship categories for its 2016 programme ahead of the launch of the next application period on October 1.
The new categories, covering customer service in the hospitality industry, are: customer services masterclass; capital gains scholarship; and global scholarship.
The three new categories join a range of HIT Scotland scholarships covering a broad spectrum of hospitality skills.
HIT Scotland chief executive David Cochrane said the new scholarships will “help to shape the future” of the industry.
