A hotel overlooking the Isle of Skye has come onto the books of Colliers International, offering buyers the chance to pick up a property on a prime tourist route.

Alistair Letham of Colliers International said the business, which currently trades on a seasonal basis, “attracts a good level of custom and profitability”.
“New owners also have the choice and opportunity to extend the season of trading to all year round,” he said.
Offers around £585,000 are invited. A private house for resident owners is available by separate negotiation.
