A hotel overlooking the Isle of Skye has come onto the books of Colliers International, offering buyers the chance to pick up a property on a prime tourist route.
The Balmacara Hotel, in the village of Balmacara, comprises 28 letting rooms, two bars, a lounge and a restaurant which is said to have views across Loch Alsh.
The property also comes with a one-bedroom flat and staff accommodation.
Alistair Letham of Colliers International said the business, which currently trades on a seasonal basis, “attracts a good level of custom and profitability”.
“New owners also have the choice and opportunity to extend the season of trading to all year round,” he said.
Offers around ÂŁ585,000 are invited. A private house for resident owners is available by separate negotiation.
