Edinburgh-based beer firm Innis & Gunn has launched its first bar and restaurant.
The inaugural Beer Kitchen by Innis & Gunn opened its doors last week in the capital, with the company confirming plans to roll out a further five across the UK by 2017.
The new venue is fronted by David Hall, formerly of Caledonian Heritable, along with Innis & Gunn founder Dougal Sharp. Sharp said the firm wants to “open beer drinkers’ eyes to what craft means to us at Innis & Gunn”.
“There’s no room or excuse for second rate, tasteless beer and we’ll only be serving incredible brews we absolutely love and believe in,” he said.
