A perth hotel is set to undergo further development after it changed hands in a deal brokered by Colliers International.
The 23-bedroom New County Hotel was sold on behalf of administrators Johnston Carmichael to Edwin Hotels Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Colliers International’s Alistair Letham said: “I am sure the new owners will be successful in developing and promoting the New County Hotel.”
