A Nine-bedroom country house hotel on Shetland has come onto the market.
The Herrislea House Hotel is located in the hamlet of Tingwall around six miles from Lerwick.

The semi-detached property comprises a reception area, residents’ lounge and The Phoenix Restaurant, which can cater for 32 covers; there are also nine en suite letting bedrooms, and a “good sized” double bedroom with shower room which selling agent Seymour & Clink said could be used as owner’s accommodation.
A spokeswoman for the property firm said: “The business could easily be developed by reopening the restaurant to the general public and/or by opening the residents’ lounge to the public.”
Offers over £395,000 are being sought for the freehold.
