A Dunblane hotelier has relaunched the hotel’s restaurant with a new look and new name.
The 45-cover brasserie at Old Churches House has undergone a refurbishment which included the introduction of a bar area; the venue’s new look is described as “contemporary Scottish”.
The restaurant has been renamed The Dun Bhlathain Brasserie, from the Gaelic name for Dunblane.
Alex McKie, director of Old Churches House and Dun Bhlathain Brasserie, said: “Rather than be viewed as just somewhere to eat within a hotel we now want The Dun Bhlathain Brasserie to have an identity of its own.”
