Edinburgh beer firm Innis & Gunn has announced that it will open its first bar in the summer.
The Beer Kitchen by Innis & Gunn will open its doors in Edinburgh in July. It will stock a range of Innis & Gunn’s products as well as beers from other brewers, wines and spirits.
The company plans to launch a further five sites by 2017.
“We want to open beer drinkers’ eyes to what craft means to us at Innis & Gunn and to our craft brewing compadres around the globe,” said founder Dougal Sharp. “There’s no room or excuse for second rate, tasteless beer and we’ll only be serving incredible brews we absolutely love and believe in.”
