THE firm behind Swedish vodka brand Absolut has released a game to celebrate its limited edition Andy Warhol bottle.
The collaboration, with games firm Punchdrunk and content company Somethin’ Else, culminated in the launch of ‘Silverpoint’ at the iTunes App store. At the heart of the game is a mystery: the disappearance of ‘Chloe’, which players can only learn more about by playing the app.
The game release features some of Andy Warhol’s rarely seen blotted-line ‘Silverpoint’ drawings.
Adam Boita, head of marketing at Pernod Ricard UK, said: “Absolut is a brand with a history of trailblazing collaborations starting with Andy Warhol.
“This is truly one of the most exciting projects we’ve worked on.
“Silverpoint experiments with new forms of storytelling through digital and gaming experiences – extending our legacy of ground-breaking collaborations.”
