HEINEKEN has introduced a new branded glass in time for summer.
The brewer claims that, in addition to having an “eye-catching premium design”, the shape of the new-look ‘star’ design pint and half-pint glasses helps to “facilitate the perfect beer flow from the tap into the glass”.
A two-third pint ‘schooner’ glass will be released later in the year.
“We all know that if you deliver a quality first pint consumers will return to the bar for a second,” said Andrew Turner, on-trade category and trade marketing director at Heineken.
“The new Heineken glassware is one that our consumers want to hold and to be seen holding.
“And importantly, the glass doesn’t only look great, it’s been designed to make sure the beer tastes and looks its very best – so consumers know they’re getting an exceptional glass of beer.”
