EDINBURGH bar and restaurant One Square has joined forces with Pickering’s Gin to create its own small batch gin.
A collaboration between staff at the venue, which opened three years ago in the Sheraton Grand Hotel, and Pickering’s founders Matthew Gammell and Marcus Pickering, One Square Gin is made with 15 botanicals, including pink grapefruit and Scottish heather.
Sheraton GM Tristan Nesbitt said creating One Square Gin was a “natural next step” for the bar, which stocks over 60 gins.
