A LONG-established seafood restaurant in Perth city centre is up for sale.
Kerachers Restaurant, on South Street, has been trading for the past 17 years.
The 50-cover first-floor eatery is now on the market with a price tag of offers over ÂŁ195,000 for the freehold interest.
Run by the Keracher family since its launch, the restaurant is said to have an “excellent reputation” and is now being sold due to retirement.
Alan Goldie, director at the Restaurant Agency, who is handling the sale, said the business currently opens five nights a week, offering scope for a new owner to increase trade.
“This is a well-presented unit in walk-in condition on one of Perth’s busiest streets,” said Goldie.
“This business has been run by the Keracher family for its duration and has a loyal customer base.”
