FORMER pub and restaurant The Station Lounge in Paisley has come onto the books of Seymour & Clink.
The property, which is not currently trading, has three bar areas said to provide 150 covers, a commercial kitchen and an enclosed beer garden said to offer space for up to 132 covers; there’s also a management office and staff changing rooms.
Peter Seymour, who is handling the sale, said the property represents an “excellent opportunity” for a new owner to “breathe life into one of Paisley’s former institutions”.
Offers in the region of £175,000 plus VAT are being sought for the freehold.
