A HIGHLAND country pub has changed hands in a deal brokered by Bruce & Co.
The leasehold of The Struy Inn, located around 20 miles from Inverness, has been sold from an asking price of £60,000 following seven viewings.
The business comprises two double guest letting rooms which are said to have been recently refurbished by the previous owner. Public areas include a pub and dining area.
Jayne Adamson, sales manager at Bruce & Co, said The Struy Inn is a “very popular business which generated good levels of interest”.
