COLLIERS International is marketing the 23-bedroom New County Hotel in Perth on behalf of administrators.
The hotel is currently trading and the selling agent said the underlying business is “relatively strong”.
The property comprises a lounge bar, the Opus One Restaurant, a lounge area and a small function room.
Alistair Letham, a director at Colliers International, said: “Given the credentials of the New County Hotel and its excellent location in central Perth, we are confident that a buyer for this well-known and popular business will be found.”
