HOTEL group Rocco Forte has unveiled a new look for its Michelin-starred restaurant at The Balmoral in Edinburgh.
The £200,000 project has increased the capacity at Number One restaurant by 12 covers, while creating what is said to be a “fresh, contemporary style”.
The refurbishment was headed by Olga Polizzi, director of design at Rocco Forte Hotels.
Head chef Brian Grigor has redesigned the menu and the restaurant now offers tasting menus in addition to the a la carte selection.
