A PROPERTY developer has snapped up a bar and restaurant outside Dundee with plans to expand the business.
Cath Rennie’s in the village of Wellbank has been purchased by Angus Cruikshank.
The premises features a restaurant, lounge and bar, conservatory, wedding reception and function room. It also has planning permission for a 14-bedroom hotel.
