A LICENSED coffee shop in the Renfrewshire village of Kilmacolm has come onto the market.
Java Minute is said to have a capacity for 28 covers with additional outside seating available.
Jonathan Clough, director of selling agent Smith & Clough, said the sale represents “a rare opportunity to purchase a freehold business within the village”. “I would therefore expect a lot of interest from both operators and investors alike,” he said. “The business trades well as a daytime coffee shop, however I feel there is also scope should a new owner wish to develop more of a small restaurant/bistro.”
