A BORDERS restaurant is spearheading a three-month ad campaign to promote in-season Scotch lamb.
The Caddy Mann in Jedburgh has joined forces with NFU Scotland, Quality Meat Scotland and the National Sheep Association to showcase the versatility of the meat.
Chef and owner Ross Horrocks has devised a range of dishes using different cuts.
“My aim is to show people that Scottish lamb can be both easy, economical and very versatile,” he said.
