The beer, which is distributed by McEwan’s, is now being rolled out to the Scottish trade in the 330ml can format.
Estrella Damm was previously only available to the Scottish trade in 330ml bottle and draught formats.
The launch of the can coincides with a new summer advertising and social media campaign for the brand.
Genna Burchell, brand manager for Estrella Damm, said canned beers have “officially shaken off their tired image”.
“The smaller 330ml formats particularly have gained a trendy, stylish reputation amongst younger trendsetters who are also driving the growth in world lagers which is why we’ve launched the new can for Estrella Damm this summer,” said Burchell.
