EDINBURGH pub The Amber Rose has reopened, nine months after a fire forced the closure of the premises.

The outlet, which is owned by Stonegate Pub Company, was extensively refurbished prior to the relaunch.
Although the decor and furniture are all new, the design is said to be “sympathetic” to the original style of the unit.
Following the refurb food has become a greater focus for the pub; the venue now boasts a larger menu and opens from 8am every day for breakfast.
