COCA-COLA Enterprises (CCE) has introduced a new flavour to its Appletiser range of soft drinks as it looks to grow the brand’s presence in the on-trade.
The Apple & Pomegranate flavour launches this month, supported by point of sale materials, PR and digital marketing.
“Following a successful period of growth for Appletiser, we are supporting the brand further with the launch of this new variant which taps into the demand for exotic fruit flavours like pomegranate,” said Phil Thomson, associate director of portfolio brands for CCE.
“We are committed to bringing new products to the on-trade channel to help grow our customers’ sales, particularly ahead of the key summer trading period which potentially offers outlets a significant sales opportunity.
“Many consumers are looking for an alternative to alcohol to enjoy during the summer and we’d recommend outlets stock up on the new Apple & Pomegranate Appletiser variant, which has researched really well with consumers.”
The new flavour is available in 275ml bottles.
