THE firm behind Edinburgh’s Whiski Bar and Whiski Rooms venues has taken on a third premises in the capital.
Charwood, a restaurant specialising in cooking with both charcoal and wood, has opened in the former Tusitala restaurant and the Pavilion bar in Fairmilehead.
Anne Still, director of Whiski Bar and Rooms parent firm Omni Taverns, said she is “delighted” with the new business.
“As soon as it was proposed to us, we instantly wanted to do a deal as it is a great venue,” said Still.
