MORRISON Bowmore Distillers has opened a new dining venue at the Bowmore Distillery on Islay.
Housed in Bowmore’s refurbished Warehouse 4 building, Bowmore Taste of Islay offers customers dishes such as home-smoked Bowmore whisky salmon and locally-sourced Islay langoustines. It is the latest addition to the distillery’s hospitality offer, which also includes self-catering cottages and the Harbour Inn and Restaurant, which Morrison Bowmore purchased earlier this year.
Anne Kinnes, visitor centre and operations manager at Bowmore Distillery, said it is “an exciting time” for the company.
“We are very much looking forward to the opportunity of welcoming guests to experience our world class service on Islay,” she said.
