Dunedin Guest House in Huntly (pictured below) and Maggie Mays coffee shop and diner in Stonehaven are both being marketed by the property agent.
The guest house business comprises eight letting bedrooms and two separate self-catering buildings sleeping four and five respectively. It’s on the market with a price tag of offers over £499,995 for the freehold.
Meanwhile, Maggie Mays is a fully-fitted 30-cover cafe and diner business which is said to have established an “excellent reputation”.
Offers over £49,995 are being sought for the leasehold.
