A PERTHSHIRE hotel that’s said to be a “short pitching wedge” away from next year’s Ryder Cup venue is up for sale.
The Blackford Hotel is located in the centre of the village of Blackford, just three miles from Auchterarder and Gleneagles.
The former coaching inn comprises eight letting bedrooms, a bar, restaurant and function facilities as well as a private owner’s flat.
Alistair Letham of selling agent Colliers International, who is marketing the hotel with a price tag of offers around £275,000, said the business would be “ideal” for resident proprietors.
