DIAGEO chief Ivan Menezes joined forces with first minister Alex Salmond at last weekend’s Ryder Cup at Gleneagles to launch a new hospitality apprenticeship scheme.
Scottish hotels including Gleneagles, Cameron House, The Blythswood, The Bonham and Apex Hotels collaborated to create the Scottish Hospitality Apprenticeship in partnership with Skills Development Scotland.
