WAREWASHING firm Winterhalter has introduced a ‘double-rack’ system which it claims can wash twice the number of dishes for half the cost.
Designed for its UC-L undercounter warewashers, the system features a bottom rack which can wash up to 24 cups, while the top rack has space for 16 small plates; there’s also a cutlery holder.
Winterhalter said the system cuts operating costs by up to 50%, by loading twice as much into the warewasher each cycle.
