INVERALMOND Brewery aims to boost production efficiency thanks to a new kegging line.

The Perth-based brewer, whose beers include Ossian and Lia Fail, bought the new fully-automatic equipment from Italian manufacturer Comac.
The new kit is said to be capable of cleaning and sterilising 30 kegs an hour, and filling 20, 30 and 50-litre kegs.
Inveralmond head brewer Ken Duncan said the new kegging line will help streamline operations at the brewery.
“It’s compact, simple to use and we can clean and fill kegs four times faster than before,” he said.
