THE family-run English distillery behind Chase English Potato Vodka has launched a new single-estate gin.
Williams Great British Extra Dry Gin is distilled from the vodka the distillery produces from its own apples.
The spirit is said to contain ten botanicals, including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander and cardamom.
“Bartenders in Britain have fallen in love with gin again,” said distillery founder William Chase.
“Also, traditionally it was women who drank gin, but now more and more men are drinking it.
“Discerning customers are developing a love for the flavour of gin in cocktails over vodka.”
