Scope to profit from food at revamped Horseshoe Bar

Bruce & Co’s Lynn Courtney said the bar enjoys strong year-round trade and has experienced sales growth since the revamp.
Introducing a food offer is likely to increase trade in what is an already thriving business.
“The sale of the Horseshoe Bar is an opportunity to purchase an immaculately-presented property with excellent potential to expand the business model, particularly should the new incumbents wish to introduce food,” she said.

Bruce & Co is seeking offers in the region of £99,000 for the leasehold, or £450,000 for the freehold interest.
