A NEW tenant has been secured for a traditional village pub in North Lanarkshire.
Karen Elder has taken over the Clydesdale Bar in Overtown, Wishaw, in a deal completed by commercial property agents Seymour & Clink on behalf of Rosemount Taverns.
Located on Main Street, the Clydesdale Bar has a games area and is said to have been refurbished to a “high specification” throughout, retaining a “traditional lounge bar character”.
Property agent Seymour & Clink said the pub is popular with locals and has a regular client base.
