A SEASIDE bar on Edinburgh’s Portobello Promenade has come onto the books of Cornerstone Business Agents.
Described as “superbly positioned”, Cropley’s Bar, which is situated on the city’s King Place, includes a sizeable beer garden and commands views over the Firth of Forth.
Barry McNeil, director of Cornerstone, said: “We have seen a recent draw over the last couple of years to buyers and interested parties looking a little bit further afield outwith Edinburgh city centre. Portobello has been one of these areas that these parties have been drawn to.”
