Apex Hotels has appointed three senior directors to its leadership team, with the aim of reinforcing the business as it enters ‘a new phase of growth and portfolio expansion’.
Bringing over 20 years’ experience of leading brand, marketing and communications strategies across European hospitality and lifestyle businesses, Yvonne Brennan takes on the newly created role of brand and guest experience director, with responsibility for shaping ‘brand vision and guest journey’ across the Apex portfolio.
With 15 years of revenue and commercial management experience, including time at Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, Craig Fletcher joins Apex as its revenue and sales director, with a focus on strategic planning and positioning technology to support revenue growth.
Arriving with more than 25 years’ senior HR leadership experience across organisations including Centrica, Aegon, and Royal Bank of Scotland, Anna Hart has been appointed as people and culture director, to work on organisational culture and employee engagement, and help build ‘high-performing, people-centred teams’.
