“This cocktail is inspired by the spirit of queer resistance in the 60s, including the Stonewall riots in 1969. As queer rights are being rolled back across the world, it is important to remember how Pride began.

With a riot. And a brick.

The elegance of the fruity drink with the harshness of the brick represents the work done by queer activists across the world, with the pickled raspberries representing the struggle preserving such fragile rights.

Pride Is A Riot:

• 35ml rye

• 20ml lemon

• 10ml Cointreau

• 10ml raspberry pickle

• 2 pickled raspberries

• 2 dashes orange bitters

• 1 dash foamer

• Garnish with a brick.
