A new highlight of the imminent ScotHot trade event for Scotland’s food, drink, and tourism sector will be the debut of The Buell Hospitality Advisory Hub.

Buell Hospitality’s business brings together a network of 35 service companies in a ‘one-stop-shop’ offer, alongside its own core advisory team, to make life simpler and cheaper for busy operators.

On Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th February at Glasgow SEC, a sample of this network will be on show at ScotHot 2025, with 10 of Buell’s business partner companies onsite offering free consultations.

The companies appearing under the Buell banner at ScotHot cover a wide range of business needs, from technology and revenue management to recruitment and operational strategy. They are:

ScotHot 2025 will also mark the launch of Buell Connect, a new community designed to support hospitality professionals by offering a suite of essential business benefits, networking opportunities, and access to industry-leading expertise.
