Hospitality expert Mark Maynard helps Buzzworks shape company culture

Scottish hospitality group Buzzworks has been collaborating with hospitality consultant and leadership coach Mark Maynard as part of efforts to enhance its company culture.

Mark’s expertise, honed over decades of work with Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group, is said to have brought ‘fresh insights and strategies to Buzzworks as it continues its journey of expansion and innovation’.

During a recent visit to the group’s central office in Kilmarnock, Mark shared his knowledge on culture and business growth, and took some time to visit a few of the group’s most popular venues.

Managing director of Buzzworks, Kenny Blair, said: “Mark’s recent visit provided invaluable insights into how we can enhance the authentic connections our team members create with guests.

“One memorable highlight of Mark’s visit was his inspiring talk with the team, where he shared a story about the impact of small, intentional actions in shaping company culture.
