Building upon its popularity in Perthshire’s fine-dining scene, Eolas at Murrayshall Country Estate will begin 2025 with the launch of a new Supper Club Dinner series.

This bi-monthly event promises a ‘meticulously crafted’ four-course menu designed by Head Chef Craig Jackson, paired with ‘exceptional’ wines from a range of importers and distributors who will co-host the dinners, including De Burgh Wines and Liberty Wines.

Eolas, a two AA Rosette restaurant, has set out to showcase Perthshire’s finest local, seasonal ingredients and innovative flavours, describing itself as the ‘premier destination for those seeking elevated dining in Perthshire’.

As well as those AA Rosettes, Eolas was awarded ‘Best Boutique Hotel Restaurant’ in the UK in 2022 and was recently shortlisted for ‘Scotland’s Best Restaurant’ by The Scotsman and ‘Excellence in Food & Drink Produce’ by the Perthshire Chamber of Commerce Star Awards.

Hotel manager at Murrayshall Country Estate, Fiona Pugh, said: “We’re incredibly proud of Eolas, which has continued to grow and thrive. We are extremely fortunate to have Head Chef Craig Jackson, whose creativity shines through in every dish.

“With the festive season approaching, we look forward to welcoming both guests and local residents to our restaurant for a memorable dining experience. We’re also thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our exclusive Eolas supper club, offering something truly unique in the months ahead.”

General manager at Murrayshall, Gary Silcock, added: “The local dining landscape has evolved significantly this past year, and the success of Eolas is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of our team.

“We are now recognised as one of Perth’s best restaurants, with the awards achieved and the collaboration with the AA which has helped enhance the venue’s reputation.”

Dating back over 400 years and spanning over 365 acres, Murrayshall Country Estate is described as ‘a sanctuary of natural beauty and Scottish heritage’.

Alongside the Eolas restaurant, it has 40 elegant rooms and suites, an accommodation offer soon to be expanded with 22 luxury pods.
