Number One, the fine dining restaurant within Edinburgh landmark hotel The Balmoral, has been given the AA Wine Award Scotland.
Presented at the AA Hospitality Awards 2024 in London, an event that celebrated excellence across the UK hospitality industry, the AA Wine Award acknowledges ‘exceptional contributions to enhancing wine knowledge and appreciation’.
Nominees for the award are evaluated based on the quality of their wine lists and their ability to inspire guests to explore diverse and adventurous wine selections.
The team at Number One were also proud to once again retain their four AA Rosettes at the ceremony.
