Assembly Rooms Edinburgh has announced the appointment of a new catering panel, including two of its original panel – Heritage Portfolio and Hickory – in addition to two new caterers – Saltire and Wilde Thyme.
Assembly Rooms is a popular location for a range of events including conferences, dinners, receptions, weddings, private celebrations as well as many cultural events.
Via a ‘rigorous’ procurement process, the new panel has been chosen to offer a diverse range of food and beverage services for private and corporate events held at the Assembly Rooms, with each of the caterers bringing a unique style and approach, allowing customers to choose the perfect option for their event.
Business development manager, Anna Adshead, said: “We are extremely excited to welcome the new catering panel to the Assembly Rooms.
