COCA-COLA Europacific Partners (CCEP) is encouraging hospitality businesses to sign up to an initiative designed to help them calculate and reduce their carbon footprint.
CCEP co-founded the Net Zero Hospitality Initiative alongside Pernod Ricard, Net Zero Now and the Sustainable Restaurant Association. Scottish signatories include Lisini Pub Company.
“As a large business in GB, we take our role in sustainability extremely seriously,” said Sam Jones, head of climate and sustainability at CCEP.
“As part of this, we are helping our hospitality customers on their own carbon reduction journeys through the Net Zero Hospitality Initiative. Alongside Net Zero Now, the Sustainable Restaurant Association and Pernod Ricard, we are a founding partner of the initiative which aims to help pubs, bars, restaurants and food-to-go establishments calculate their carbon footprint, make carbon reductions whilst also saving money along the way.”
