KOPPARBERG is looking to provide ‘information, insight and guidance’ to the on-trade through the launch of a new website.
The Behind the Bar site – kopparbergbehindthebar.co.uk – features a wealth of information and advice including recipes, serving tips and product information, all designed to help licensees increase their cider and cocktail sales.
Head of marketing Rob Salvesen said the site ‘is our way of giving back to the trade’.
“Focusing on growth can be difficult when in the day-to-day of managing a venue so we wanted to provide an easy-to-use platform that could support new and existing customers as well as provide helpful and useful advice,” said Salvesen.
