Buck’s Bar finds its first Edinburgh venue

A FORMER Indian restaurant is set to become the latest addition to the growing Buck’s Bar group – and the company’s first foothold in Edinburgh – after the lease was sold by Cornerstone Business Agents.

The former Navadhanya restaurant is located just off Lothian Road, close to both the Lyceum and Traverse theatres and the city’s financial district as well as established operators including Innis & Gunn, BrewDog and Nandos.

The 60-cover unit is set to reopen at the end of April as Buck’s Bar – the fourth venue in the expanding Buck’s Bar Group and first outside of the company’s Glasgow home.

The leasehold for the unit was sold from an asking price of £90,000 for the premium, with a passing rent of £50,000 per-annum.
