Crerar Hotels has appointed experienced hotelier Niall O’Shaughnessy as the new general manager of the recently refurbished Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa.
Niall, originally from Ireland, comes with over a decade of UK-wide hotel management experience under his belt. Prior to joining Crerar Hotels, he was Cluster General Manager for the Jurys Inn and Leonardo Hotels Group in Scotland. With a background in HR Management and Hotel Management, Niall has worked with many of Scotland’s top hoteliers.
Since Niall’s arrival at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa, he has been spending time getting to know the property following the £765,000 investment in its spa facilities, including the launch of Shore Spa, which is part of a companywide multi-million-pound investment, and includes additional therapy suites, a Himalayan salt room, eucalyptus steam treatment and a new terrace with loch-side saunas and ice drenches.
