A TRIO of long-time friends will launch a new venue in Edinburgh this month, specialising in small plates and quality wines.
The Black Grape is due to open on 19th December on Canongate, in the unit formerly occupied by Pancho Villas.
It will be owned by Stuart Hunter and Cameron Taylor, owners of Advance Global Recruitment, along with their friend and business partner, Murray Ainslie, who will operate the venue.
Ainslie previously worked at Edinburgh operator The Compass Group – the company behind Chop House, Monteith’s and White Horse Oyster Bar – for 12 years.
