ARCHERFIELD has welcomed the first group of chef apprentices to take part in its new Young Chefs Certificate of Excellence scheme.
The two-year apprenticeship programme, spearheaded by Archerfield executive chef Joe Queen (pictured left), will train young chefs in all aspects of the kitchen using Archerfield’s state-of-the-art training kitchen.
After the apprenticeship the chefs will be guaranteed a place at one of parent company Caledonian Heritable’s venues.
