Scottish singer Emma Aika will officially open the new Roku Gin Japanese Garden at Tigerlily.

EDINBURGH’S Tigerlily will be in full bloom this weekend with the launch of its Roku Gin Japanese Garden.

Scottish singer songwriter Emma Aika, also known as Aiitee, will officially open the space in the George Street venue’s Green Room.

Running until the middle of June, the Roku Gin Japanese Garden features cherry blossom decor and an “Instagram-worthy entrance.”

Tigerlily’s bar development manager Joey Medrington has created a limited edition cocktail menu featuring serves such as the Sakura Blossom Spritz – Roku Gin with cherry blossom, Ume plum, Yuzu and white tea soda topped with pink candy floss; and the Fuji Mountain Swizzle – Roku Gin with Asian pear, Yuzu Sake and wild mint.

The Roku Gin Japanese Garden will also stage events ranging from afternoon tea and cherry blossom wreath-making with Wild to cocktail masterclasses hosted by James Bowker from House of Suntory.
